When everyone is away...

Miss Layla will play!  

Layla did not get a 1st day of school post but she deserves a 1st day of something!

This little miss keeps herself busy wherever she may be. 

Every day she plays like it is the 1st day of the rest of her life.  

 She lives in an imaginary world where things are just right.  She gathers my home decor from around the house and they soon become her flowers, my wooden spoons become her wands, my jewelry that used to be organized is now hers as well.  With her imagination and "things"  all together  she is really quite content to just sit and chat (with herself).   She talks and talks and tells one story after another... sometimes laughing and other times quite serious.  Our little princess knows how to entertain herself quite well when Jake and Braden are at school 

Her favorite spot is on the side of our Entertainment Center sitting right on top of  Rand's speaker (not pictured) but she really is happy anywhere she can pull up a seat next to a flat surface!

(Is this called cross dressing or is she just a princess loving tom boy?)

When the boys come home the play just turns from her imaginary world to her dreams being fulfilled!  

"Oh thank you BMan and Jakey for my mote"!

(every princess needs a castle and every castle needs a mote!

Wherever it is and whoever she is that day, we are just so happy that this little one likes to smile!

Oh, and by the way Layla kinda of has a thing with princess dresses and if she is not wearing a princess dress she prefers just a diaper!
