The boys had been hiking up at Whitney Pockets and kept talking about it so we, (the girls) decided to go for a ride and see what all the fuss was about. Much to my surprise it was like a Little Valley of Fire right here in little ole Mesquite and we loved it.
Seriously Jake, you're killing me!
"Normal" days for us are not the norm anymore... so any day without an agenda of events after 3pm leads to the "good ole days". You know, the days where my boys dressed up and played with each other. Jake lived in some type of costume for about 4 years and this picture makes my heart skip a beat longing to squeeze that little 4 yr old again.
This little guy earned the award that Jake has coveted for five years. We were so proud of the BMan!
(Jake, no worries I never earned a good citizen award either, people like you and me...well, we just talk WAY too much).
Loving some December nights - oh, and leftover November pumpkins too!
If you are wondering if Rand packed some kind of gun powder in the pumpkin and then had the boys and the mom blow them up with a gun - what were you thinking??? Of course we would do something like that..
And this little girl had nothing to do with the guns but,
her acrobatic 4 wheeler routine almost stole the show.
Or was it her Dora jammies and pink cowboy boots?
I almost never post videos on my blog anymore just because when I print off my blog at the end of the year there is a big blank space that says, "look at this cute video"! (And then there is nothing).....
but,
the grandparents need to see more of home life so here we go!
After we attended the nutcracker that Jake's choir put on Layla danced in the parking lot and for the next hour at home. She is really into "interpretive dancing" a bit scary to me!! eek!
This video cracks me up because one...Layla has no music and two...just listen to what BMan says in the background. Gotta love our ferocious biting 3 yr old...
If she is not dancing she it talking, and talking is non-stop! She was especially excited about decorating for Christmas and Mr. Rand let her stay up way too late because he thinks everything she does is "adorable"!
Just me and Mr. BMAn out for a Sunday Ride!
I just realized that everyone of these videos are of Miss Layla (maybe because she is sitting on my lap helping me pick which ones to post). I promise we do have video of the boys and we do love them as much!
